The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using modern frameworks
  (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Collaborate with the team to build and enhance backend APIs and services (Node.js,
  Python, or equivalent).
• Ensure the application’s performance, responsiveness, and usability across devices and
  platforms.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of clean, efficient, and
  maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the application to ensure high reliability.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical
  solutions that align with the company’s goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in front-end development, including proficiency in a modern front-end
  framework such as React, React Native and Angular.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, Python, or similar.
• Familiarity with database systems (SQL or NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working in a startup or mission-driven organization.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to mobile development frameworks like Flutter or React Native.
